Information Technology & Systems Market Director 

Duties:

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market.
• Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.
• Partners with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management. Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.

Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. However, schedules may vary by business necessity. Remote workers are expected to be available during normal business hours, unless otherwise approved by the department leader(s).

Compensation: $48.00-$65.00/HR

Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
