We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

  • searching for and regularly selecting bloggers and influencers who share our values of trust and educational impact for effective brand integrations;
  • analyzing audience quality, engagement levels, and the relevance of each influencer’s audience to the profile of our prospective students;
  • preparing detailed and creative briefs for influencers, with a strong focus on brand reputation;
  • monitoring deadlines and ensuring that partners publish advertising content on time;
  • tracking reach, monitoring incoming leads, and measuring direct sales generated by influencer campaigns;
  • preparing regular weekly and monthly reports on key advertising campaign metrics;
  • proactively participating in brainstorms, developing offers and content scenarios for promoting educational products.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or promotion through bloggers;
  • a high level of proactivity, interest in EdTech, and motivation to work on socially meaningful educational projects;
  • fluent Russian as the main working language; conversational German would be a strong advantage;
