Influencer and Creator Community Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

We're looking for an Influencer & Creator Community Manager to build and scale a community of UGC creators and influencers for a US-based DTC brand targeting parents and families.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators and influencers daily
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a growing creator community
• Monitor content output and performance, including posts and impressions
• Be the main point of contact for creators and maintain warm, responsive communication
• Help scale the creator community from its current stage to hundreds/thousands of creators

Requirements

• Experience working with a US-based DTC brand targeting parents/families
• Experience in managing US-based influencers
• Proven experience building or scaling an influencer/creator community
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High-energy, positive, and people-first personality
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline

Benefits

• Timezone: CST preferred; PST or EST also considered
• Compensation: ~$2,000–$2,500/month base + performance incentives
• Work setup: 100% Remote
