About the role

Wonderful’s owner of a banking vertical, bringing together deep industry expertise and a clear perspective on how AI and agentic capabilities can transform the sector.
You will connect the dots across go-to-market, deployment, product, and marketing to identify where AI can create the most value. Working closely with GMs globally, you will shape account strategies, support strategic customer engagements, and raise the bar across deployments by scaling industry knowledge, learnings, and best practices.

This is a fully remote role that allows you to work from anywhere and requires significant travel.

What you’ll do

• Shape the vertical strategy: develop a clear view of where AI and agentic capabilities drive the most value, including high-impact use cases, industry trends and emerging opportunities

• Own the commercial go-to-market offering: bring together the strongest use cases, agents, integrations, and customer references into a compelling, reusable industry offering across product, marketing, and sales

• Drive account strategy with GMs: partner with GMs on priority accounts, shaping and challenging account plans, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic approaches to customers

• Support strategic customer engagements: join C-level meetings, pitches, workshops and deployment reviews to bring industry credibility

• Connect teams and scale learnings: align go-to-market, deployment, product, and marketing; translate deployment insights into stronger sales propositions, playbooks, and product priorities

• Build the industry community: establish a network of industry champions across markets to share success stories and lessons learned

What we’re looking for

• Deep industry expertise: 10+ years of industry experience, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, key processes, and business value drivers, able to speak to a customer with specifics

• AI-driven mindset: strong understanding of AI and agentic technologies, with the ability to translate capabilities into tangible business value and challenge traditional industry approaches

• Strong strategic background: experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a strategic, industry-focused role at a fast-growing technology company

• Executive presence: experience engaging senior executives and influencing customer decisions

• Cross-functional leadership: ability to connect teams and drive initiatives across geographies and functions

• End-to-end perspective: comfortable working across the customer lifecycle, from shaping opportunities and go-to-market strategy to driving value through deployment
