Location: New Brunswick residents

Commitment: Part Time Weekends (Both Saturday and Sunday)

Compensation: $20.00/hour (Training) - $30.00/hour (Post Training)

 

About the Role

Are you ready for a rewarding fast paced work from home opportunity? Look no further than TigerTel's inbound Customer Service Team. We are currently seeking passionate, focused individuals who thrive on helping others and are ready to rock a dedicated weekend schedule.

 

In this role, variety is the spice of life. You will assist a diverse range of commercial businesses and medical offices across Canada and the United States. There are no outgoing sales calls involved, just pure high quality customer service satisfaction. Because we support critical businesses, please note that working on holidays and statutory days may be required.

 

Available Shifts (Set Weekend Schedules)

We are looking for dedicated "Weekend Warriors" who appreciate the consistency of a set schedule. We have openings for the following shifts (both Saturday and Sunday)

  • Morning/Day: 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Mid-Day: 10:00am-7:00pm
  • Evening: 2:00pm-11:00pm

 

Your Home Office Requirements

Because you will be handling sensitive commercial and medical calls, a professional workspace is essential. This remote position requires your full, undivided attention during your shift. Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet and distraction free home office environment that allows for continuous focus and uninterrupted phone availability.

  • A high-speed, hardwired internet connection (a direct Ethernet cable connection is required- no Wi-Fi).
  • A reliable PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks/Apple PC's or tablets, they are not compatible with our system)
  • A 2nd monitor is preferred for all items that need to be opened
  • A high quality, wired USB Headset

 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bilingual skills (Fluent in Spanish/French and English)
  • Strong tech savvy capabilities and natural problem solving skills
  • A warm, positive "smile" that can genuinely be heard over the phone
