This manager will help build and run the team, processes, and service standards that ensure every new client, advisor, TPA, plan sponsor, and participant experiences a smooth and successful transition onto the WealthPlus platform.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational and client-facing leader who understands how to execute and scale onboarding in a fintech, retirement, or recordkeeping environment. The Implementation Manager will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Client Experience to ensure new business is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in a way that sets the foundation for long-term client success. Day to day, this manager will lead individual implementations, coach team members, and translate the department's strategy into repeatable, on-the-ground execution. Experience in retirement, recordkeeping, wealth technology, or workplace benefits is strongly preferred.
