Lead the end-to-end implementation of the FieldPrint Platform for construction clients, managing everything from planning to final deployment. Serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful robotics system utilization and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
On-Site Implementation & Relationship Management:
- Provide onsite training and post-deployment support to clients, ensuring they are successfully utilizing our robotics systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring our solutions are tailored to their specific project requirements and future goals.
- Leverage insights from implementation to identify opportunities for expanding and deepening client relationships, working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Project Management:

Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and refine internal implementation processes to improve efficiency and scalability across multiple projects.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and customize external operating procedures for Dusty's largest customers. These procedures should be created in partnership with the client to create a repeatable plan to implement the FieldPrinter.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to improve the functionality, usability, and deployment processes of our solutions.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify project or account risks and work to mitigate them by implementing risk management strategies. These risks could include billings or contract risk resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary.
