Job Description:

Oversee complex projects that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as an Implementation Manager . Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Project/Task Sr Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Medicaid. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing Medicaid Management Information Systems. In this role you will:

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage all Large Project implementation activities.
• Coordinate overlapping implementations
• Maintain all Implementation Management Plans.
• Facilitate Implementation meetings and provide status reporting as needed
• Coordinate installation of all communication lines, gateways, routers, and associated equipment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Implementation Manager must have:

• Six (6) years of experience managing multiple large Health Care implementation projects
• Experience with implementation projects on multiple accounts, related to Health Care.
• Two (2) years of experience in cloud-based technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent experience

Additional Information: 

Work Arrangements: Remote. Travel 20-50%.

Timeline: This is a contingent job posting. Work is not expected to begin until December 2026 or later.

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
