Implementation Engineer: Customer Success & Onboarding

Full-time · Remote · Based in the Americas, North or South, within ~2 hours of US Eastern 

Archilogic is the spatial system of record for the age of AI: buildings, the world's largest asset class, become structured data every system, team, and AI agent can reach. Floor plans in CAD and PDF turn into a live, queryable spatial database, edited in the browser and versioned like code. We're already the spatial source of truth for some of the world's largest enterprises, remote-first with hubs in Zurich and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Why this role

When an enterprise customer signs, the next few months decide whether the account thrives or churns. You're the person who turns a signed contract into a customer who's genuinely successful on the platform, and who expands. This is a customer role first: most of your week is spent with customers, setting up their account around how they actually work, teaching their team, keeping them moving when they hit friction. But it's a builder's version of a customer role. When a customer needs something the product doesn't do out of the box, you build the extension that solves it using our Extension SDK, and pull in core engineering only for deep backend work.

Two profiles won't fit here: the software engineer who wants to build product all day and treats customer calls as interruptions, and the customer success manager who can't ship working code. The person we're looking for has spent years making customers successful with a technical product, and can open the SDK docs and ship the extension themselves.

What you'll do

• Own enterprise onboarding end to end: configure each customer's account around their real workflows and get their team live.
• Build extensions against customer requirements using the Extension SDK (JavaScript/TypeScript), our GraphQL and REST APIs, and MCP. Scoped by you, shipped by you, maintained sensibly.
• Teach and enable users so they adopt the tool properly, then drive usage and expansion across your accounts.
• Be the face of Archilogic for your accounts: first-line support and technical relationship, escalating deep backend integration work to core engineering.
• Make the data model fit how the customer actually operates, so Archilogic becomes their source of truth.
• Turn recurring customer friction into roadmap signal for product, and sometimes ship the fix yourself.
• Support pre-sales conversations with technical scoping and proof-of-concept work when a deal needs validation.

What you'll bring

• Meaningful customer-facing experience: implementation, onboarding, professional services, technical account management, solutions/sales engineering, or consulting. You've owned customer relationships and outcomes, not just tickets. This is the #1 thing we screen for.
• Real ability to build against an SDK and APIs: you write working JavaScript/TypeScript, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, and ship small production-quality extensions on your own. Customers will depend on what you ship.
• Teaching instinct: you can get a non-technical facility manager comfortable with the product in the morning and hold a credible conversation with their IT team in the afternoon.
• Judgment and ownership: you configure and build for a customer without leaving a mess behind, with the steering instinct to keep AI-assisted work maintainable, and you're comfortable owning ambiguous problems on a small, remote team.

Nice to have

• Workplace, real estate, or facility management tech (IWMS/CAFM: Tririga, Archibus, Planon, ServiceNow), or CAD/BIM/spatial data exposure.
• Experience building on a platform SDK or extension ecosystem.
• Agentic/LLM-powered tooling experience (MCP, tool use) as part of daily work.

Location & eligibility (please read before applying)

• You must be based in the Americas within ~2 hours of US Eastern time (US Eastern/Central/Mountain, Canada, Latin America). US Pacific and locations outside the Americas are outside our collaboration window.
• We are not able to sponsor visas or work permits, now or in the future.

Compensation is location-tiered: the range depends on where you're based, and we share it early in the process
