Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant II manages advanced requirement gathering and validation, oversees the entire implementation process, and guides the implementation team. This role takes a strategic approach to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drives continuous improvement. Level 2 consultants handle medium to complex projects and provide leadership to Level 1 consultants who may assist them.

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes.
• Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers.
• Lead medium to complex projects and provide guidance to Level 1 consultants.
• Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration.
• Create and assist with test plans as needed.
• Act as subject matter expert on how to properly Interpret and Implement a client's scope.
• Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.

Skills/Abilities/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Extensive experience with SaaS products or similar technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
