Manage the full lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning and deprovisioning across Epic and Active Directory. Troubleshoot complex access issues and participate in process improvement efforts to enhance security management practices.
SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an Identity & Access Analyst Intermediate to join our team. This full-time role will work days (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including rotating on-call coverage (this runs from Monday evening through the following Monday morning). Open to remote work.
Purpose of this position: Responsible for managing user’s access to the organization’s computing resources. This work includes the full lifecycle of user’s identities, as well as troubleshooting complex access and credentialing issues common in healthcare. In addition to facilitating and administrating access, this position is expected to actively participate in process improvement efforts, resulting in process and quality improvements across the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports all identity and access management control activities
- Manages all aspects of user’s identities lifecycle, including provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning
- Researches, develops, and configures mid complexity provisioning and "breaks fix" solutions in Epic and Microsoft Active Directory
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides the necessary support for seeing these improvements through to implementation
- Ensures access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege
- Conducts research, documentation, and implementation activities related to improving role-based security management practices
- Troubleshoots complex permissions issues, while maintaining the necessary approval and documentation requirements
- Assists managers with periodic User Entitlement Reviews
- Provides regular and/or off hour on call support as scheduled
- Performs additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years relevant Information Security / Access Management experience
- Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree

- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HealthCare environments
- Experience working in a ticketing system like ServiceNow
- Experience working with Epic Security or provisioning access in Epic
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Experience creating or using PowerShell Scripting
- 3rd party risk management
- Experience supporting a SSO solution
