IAM Engineer (Saviynt)

We're seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with extensive Saviynt expertise to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role is ideal for a security professional who has deep hands-on experience with the Saviynt Identity Cloud platform and enjoys building scalable, secure identity management solutions in a collaborative remote environment.

Duties:

• Design, implement, and administer enterprise IAM solutions using the Saviynt Identity Cloud platform.
• Configure and maintain user lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification campaigns.
• Develop and support Saviynt workflows, connectors, roles, and governance policies.
• Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, cloud platforms, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM and provisioning issues.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Develop automation using APIs and scripting to streamline identity management processes.
• Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and access certification activities.
• Create technical documentation and operational procedures.

Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Cloud is required.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM best practices.
• Experience configuring Saviynt connectors, workflows, certifications, provisioning, and role management.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• 3+ years of extensive Saviynt engineering, implementation, and administration experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions in complex environments.
• Strong background supporting cloud and on-premises identity integrations.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, access reviews, and audit support preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Saviynt, CISSP, Security+, or other relevant IAM/security certifications are a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
