iGaming/Live Studio Product Owner

• Romanian citizens will be hired under a Romanian employment contract (CIM), with the opportunity to work on-site at our office in Bucharest.
• EU citizens residing outside Romania will be offered a B2B/contractor collaboration agreement, with the possibility to work fully remotely from their country of residence.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Live Casino products. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality gaming experience.

Your initial focus will be on improving our Blackjack and Roulette products, adapting their UI and UX to meet the expectations of European and other regulated markets.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the product lifecycle and help deliver a polished, stable and market-ready platform before launch.

What You'll Do

• Requirement Definition: Translate business goals and operational feedback into clear, institutional-grade product specifications, PRDs, and user stories.
• Product Adaptation: Audit current market UI/UX and transform the product flows to meet the standards, player behaviors, and trust factors of Western markets.
• Development Coordination: Collaborate daily with Agile delivery roles (Project Managers, Scrum Masters) to protect and drive the development pipeline.
• Quality & Validation: Oversee Quality Assurance validation—reviewing and validating game flows, betting experiences, button behavior, countdown timing, settlement accuracy, live streaming synchronization, and exception handling.
• Operations & Backend Support: Define and review backend requirements (table setup, limit controls, game history, and audit trails) to ensure operations teams have the proper tools to manage live games efficiently.
• Risk & Fraud Collaboration: Work closely with our Risk Control department to define betting limits, suspicious activity indicators, and abnormal behavior frameworks to prevent platform abuse.

 Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Owner or Product Management role within the iGaming industry.
• Domain Expertise: Strict, deep knowledge of Live Studio operations, specifically focusing on Blackjack and Roulette (regulated markets).
• Market Knowledge: Proven track record of adapting or launching products for regulated European or Western markets.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
• Compliance: Familiarity with iGaming compliance concepts, responsible gaming, KYC, AML, market restrictions, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, ClickUp, Figma, etc.
