About the Role:

We are looking for an IBs IT Manager to own the technical relationship between the broker and our Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partner teams. You will be in charge of onboarding new team channels, delivering custom communications and data feeds, and handling APIs and bespoke technical requests from partners. You act as the product manager for IB-facing technology. You will report to the CPO, who oversees the function at a strategic level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical onboarding of new IB/partner teams and channels
  • Act as product manager for IB-facing integrations, APIs, and data requests
  • Design and deliver custom communications, reporting, and data feeds for partners
  • Manage and document APIs exposed to IBs and partners
  • Gather, scope, and prioritize custom technical requests from IBs
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, CRM, and platform teams to deliver requests
  • Ensure secure and compliant data sharing with external partners
  • Maintain integrations between broker systems and partner tools
  • Monitor delivery, reliability, and performance of IB-facing services
  • Report delivery status, risks, and partner technical needs to management

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in APIs, integrations, and data delivery
  • Experience managing partner/B2B technical relationships and requests
  • Understanding of brokerage/CRM systems and data flows
  • Ability to translate partner business needs into technical specifications
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, or SaaS integrations (forex/CFD brokerage experience preferred)
  • Strong ownership, prioritization, and communication skills
