Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects from generation through closeout.
- Review project scopes of work, contracts, and equipment requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and field teams.
- Monitor project costs, labor, materials, equipment, and timing.
- Review and approve material and equipment quotes, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate equipment procurement and delivery to meet project schedules.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to clients.
- Identify project risks, delays, scope gaps, and potential cost impacts, and develop corrective action plans.
- Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address project issues professionally and promptly.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and installation practices.
- Understanding of project scheduling, cost control, change-order management, and construction processes.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with construction/project-management software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
