The anticipated salary range is $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 plus annual incentive bonus of up to 10%. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.

Job Summary

The Manager of HR Compliance supports the development, implementation, and day‑to‑day management of HR compliance programs across the company’s global manufacturing and distribution operations. This role ensures the organization adheres to employment laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. The Manager partners closely with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to monitor compliance risks, perform regular audits, maintain documentation, and promote consistent, compliant HR policies and practices worldwide.

Leads the human resources function for assigned business units and provides comprehensive Human Resources Business Partner support to business unit leadership.  Provides a broad range of human resources services to the assigned leadership team, proactively translating business needs into HR solutions that best meet business objectives.  Proactively addresses human capital needs, develops strategic talent and workforce plans, and advises on organizational development needs.  Leads a staff of HR professionals responsible for the business unit’s HR operations and functions.

Core Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Monitoring

  • Monitor changes in international, federal, state, and local employment laws relevant to manufacturing and distribution environments.

  • Conduct routine compliance reviews and assist with risk assessments.

  • Support internal and external audits, including gathering documentation and tracking corrective actions.

  • Maintain compliance calendars, reporting requirements, and regulatory deadlines.

Policy Administration

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining global HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure policies are consistently communicated and applied across regions.

  • Coordinate with Legal to incorporate regulatory updates into HR processes.

Training & Awareness

  • Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams, supervisors, and frontline managers.

  • Maintain training records and ensure completion of required programs.

  • Promote awareness of compliance expectations, reporting channels, and ethical conduct. Employee Relations & Investigations Support

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compliance-related employee relations issues.

  • Support investigations into policy violations, misconduct, or regulatory concerns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.

  • Track trends and escalate recurring issues to senior HR leadership.

  • Data Privacy & HR Systems Compliance

  • Support compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in partnership with Legal and IT.

  • Ensure HR systems and processes follow established privacy and data-handling protocols. Cross-Functional Collaboration.

  • Work closely with Operations, EHS, QARA, & Supply Chain teams to ensure workforce practices align with regulatory and ethical standards.

  • Participate in compliance committees or working groups as needed. Reporting & Documentation.

  • Maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and audit logs.

  • Prepare routine reports for HR leadership summarizing compliance activities, risks, and trends.

Qualifying Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience, with at least 2 – 3 years focused on compliance or HR operations.

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated environments preferred.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR regulatory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance priorities.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to train and influence managers and employees.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.

  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a global organization.
