Schedule:
- 100% remote work with reliable high-speed internet access
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm
Your Pay and Perks Package:
- $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee record updates, personnel actions, and workforce changes while maintaining accurate and compliant HR data
- Manage corrective action and disciplinary logs
- Track, update and revise HR forms
- Process end of employment tasks and equipment returns
- Complete employee file check requests
- Provide backup support across HR functions as needed
- Audit and manage employee documentation, terminations, personnel files, and reporting across multiple HR systems.
- Support compliance initiatives, legal requests, verifications, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless HR operations
Are You A Match?
- Previous experience working remotely
- Minimum 1-2 years experience providing administrative support, preferably in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proven time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers
- Must maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced team environment
