Required Qualifications:

At least 15 years of experience in Human Factors.

Ph.D. in Human Factors, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Human Performance and Cognition, or a closely related discipline.

Extensive experience analyzing human capabilities and limitations, driver behavior, distraction, fatigue, visibility, and perception-reaction time.

Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to real-world incidents.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to attorneys, judges, juries, and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) strongly preferred.

Prior expert witness experience, including conducting investigations and preparing expert witness reports and testimony.

Experience involving trucking, transportation, roadway design, work zones, and other personal injury-related cases, such as slip, trip, and falls.
