We are seeking an experienced an HRIS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver HR technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, HR technology, project management methodologies, change management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
HRIS Implementation
- Gather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with HRIS vendors and implementation partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Configure and validate HRIS processes in collaboration with functional experts.
- Coordinate data migration, system integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Support process redesign and ensure alignment with HR best practices.
- Manage post-implementation stabilization activities and continuous system improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and decision-making sessions.
- Build strong relationships across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management & Training
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans.
- Coordinate end-user training and create user documentation.
- Support business readiness activities to ensure successful system adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.
Governance & Reporting
- Track project KPIs, budget, risks, and project health.
- Prepare executive-level project reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and data privacy requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and implementation artifacts.
