About the opportunity 


We’re growing at Silver Cloud and are keen to connect with experienced HRIS Consultants interested in both permanent and contract opportunities across HR, payroll and people technology transformation. 

This is a client-facing consulting opportunity for professionals who enjoy working closely with organisations to select, implement, optimise, and improve their HR and payroll technology landscape. Depending on your background, you could work across areas such as HRIS and payroll transformation, global workforce solutions, HiBob implementations, digital reviews, system optimisation, and wider people technology projects. 

We’re particularly interested in people who combine strong systems and process knowledge with proven experience in a consultancy, implementation partner, vendor-side professional services, or highly client-facing project environment.

Skills & experience 

  • Proven experience in a consultancy, advisory, implementation partner, vendor, or strongly client-facing HRIS / payroll project role 
  • Experience working directly with external clients, buildingrelationshipsand acting as a trusted advisor 
  • Strong understanding of HR and/or payroll processes, with the ability to connect operational needs to technology solutions 
  • Experience delivering HRIS, HR tech, payroll, or people systems projects across one or more platforms 
  • Confidence managing multiple client projects, priorities, and stakeholders 
  • Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution-thinking skills 
  • Structured project delivery experience, including planning, governance, RAID management, and reporting 
  • Strong communicationskills, with the ability to explain technical or regulatory complexity in clear business language 
  • A commercial, solutions-focused mindset and a high standard of delivery 

Particularly relevant systems experience may include 

HiBob, Dayforce, Deel, Workday, SuccessFactor, Cezanne, Cascade, UKG, ADP, SAP, ResourceLink, iTrent and other HR / payroll / people technology platforms.

What you could be working on 

  • HR and payroll systemselection, implementation, optimisation, and transformation projects 
  • Client-side advisory work across people, process, and technology 
  • Requirements gathering, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping 
  • Project delivery from planning through to go-live, including governance, RAID logs, reporting, and stakeholder management 
  • User adoption, training, and change support 
  • Vendor selection and implementation partner coordination 
  • HR tech and payroll improvement projects across a range of systems and client environments 
  • Global workforce and international expansion projects, including contractor, EOR, and multi-country process considerations 
  • Contributing to thought leadership, webinars, case studies, and continuous improvement across our consultancy practice
