Job Summary

IndieTalent is looking for highly motivated and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executives / Career Counselors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in counseling, recruitment, sales, or student guidance and possess strong communication and conversion skills. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with candidates, achieving targets, and helping people find the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide candidates regarding suitable job and career opportunities.
  
• Engage with prospective candidates through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  
• Convert leads into successful enrollments, applications, or closures.
  
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  

Requirements

• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply; prior experience in a target-driven environment is an advantage.​

• Prior experience in counseling, recruitment, sales, tele calling, student guidance, or career counseling.
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
