What we expect of you?

  • Be the main HR contact for all people-related matters,ensuring company policies align with labor laws while focusing on employee experience. 

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals and create a positive work environment. 

  • Manage performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and competency assessments to help employees grow. 

  • Organize training and development programs in collaboration with the T&D department, including workshops, leadership courses, and skill-building sessions. 

  • Support career growth by working on job grading, career path planning, and succession strategies. 

  • Boost employee engagement by planning corporate events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. 

  • Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new employees feel welcome and departures are well-managed. 

  • Work closely with managers and teams to understand workforce needs and provide HR support for business success. 

  • Track and analyze HR data to measure employee satisfaction, retention, and training effectiveness, using insights to improve HR processes.

What we’re after

  • Proven work experience within an HR role

  • Previous experience in Igaming (will be a plus)

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

  • Solid communication skills

  • BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fields would be preferred

  • Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian
