About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and professional HR Consultant – Business Solutions Advisor to support small businesses with operational support, business protection solutions, and group employee benefit options. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping businesses strengthen their foundation, support their employees, and position themselves for long term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with small business owners regarding workplace support solutions and business growth resources.
  • Educate clients on business protection resources, legal support services, and group employee benefit options available for businesses and their teams.

  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions that support growth, compliance, employee retention, and operational stability.
  • Participate in outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand client relationships and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, consulting, business development, customer relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
