Responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously improve core HR processes — including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation.

  • Partner with product CEOs on day-to-day people matters — providing guidance, facilitating discussions, and helping drive sound decision-making.

  • Build strong communication with employees and team leads — running regular 1:1s, resolving conflicts, and finding balanced, win-win solutions.

  • Promote corporate culture and values through everyday practices and team interactions.

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team — grounded in data insights and focused on measurable outcomes.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, keeping them relevant and effective.

  • Analyze HR analytics and make data-driven decisions across culture, engagement, and team health initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a product company.

  • English level B1+.

  • Working knowledge of HR analytics and comfort using data to inform decisions.

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with employees.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset — comfortable pushing things forward, challenging the status quo, and taking ownership to get things done right.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working with a leadership / product team.
