Your Role at VTMarkets
We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across Europe. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Malaysia labor law, a deep understanding of local cultures, and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus).
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role.
- Prior experience in a multi-country regional HR role is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Greek is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels.
Act as the primary HR partner for business units across the global, providing guidance and solutions aligned with company goals.
- Provide expert support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs.
- Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands globally.
- Build strong relationships with local leadership teams to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions.
- Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with both local expectations and global standards.
- Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
