About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to support both administrative and operational functions across the company. The role involves coordinating reporting tasks, managing email and messaging communications, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support
- Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the company
- Manage email correspondence for key CEO, Directors, Managers, and other staff.
- Monitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communication
- Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are up to date
- Assist with special projects and team assignments
- Perform personal assistant duties for the owner as needed

Data & Reporting
- Perform data analysis and process creation using Microsoft Excel and other tools

Financial Management
- Assist in managing financials, budgets, and costs for the company

Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of others and ensure a positive experience.
- Excellent time management, coordination, and communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills, including handling confidential situations.
- Knowledge of business accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently.
