About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee onboarding, payroll support, and administrative management. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, streamlining HR processes, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Track and manage candidate pipelines through ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring leads, managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions and smooth recruitment workflows.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable US labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
Payroll & Administration
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance records, employee information, and payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to HR and leadership teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting payroll administration and employee records management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and process-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in remote hiring and distributed workforce management.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
- Experience creating and managing SOPs and process documentation.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, HR analytics, and reporting systems.
