About the Role

We are seeking an experienced remote Hospitality Business Development Specialist to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of hotel joint venture and partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing hospitality deals, building strong industry relationships, and driving strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure hotel joint ventures and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, operators, and hospitality brands.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, finance, and technical teams.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare commercial recommendations.
• Manage transactions from initial discussions through successful deal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hotel development, hospitality investments, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven experience successfully closing hotel joint venture or partnership deals.
• Excellent commercial and financial understanding of hospitality investments.
• Existing networks within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
