We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring patients have timely access to life-changing infusion therapies by managing insurance verification, benefits investigation, prior authorizations, and patient onboarding activities.

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing patient access to infusion therapies by verifying insurance eligibility, reviewing benefits, obtaining authorizations, and coordinating communication between patients, providers, nursing, pharmacy, and sales teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of infusion reimbursement, medical and pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and patient onboarding workflows.

This is not a general medical intake position. Candidates must have prior experience working in a Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, or Infusion Center environment.
