JOB SUMMARY

Pennant Services seeks a committed and passionate Home Health Coding and Quality Review Resource focused specifically in Home Health Diagnosis Coding and OASIS accuracy, and Quality Improvement, to join an organization dedicated team who providing life changing service. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our clinical leaders at agencies located throughout the United States. In association with those local clinical leaders and the DCOQR, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating with the DCOQR to design, monitor, implement, and evaluate coding and quality assurance review processes and programs to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements and to achieve the highest standard of care delivery system.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Coding and OASIS Quality Resource (DCOQR), the Coding and Quality Review Resource position will support local clinical leaders at agencies located throughout the United States. In association with those local operations and clinical leaders, the Coding and Quality Review Resource will be responsible for coordinating with the DCOQR to design, monitor, implement, and evaluate coding and quality assurance processes and programs to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements and to achieve the highest standard of care.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • RN, PT, OT or ST required
  • Current coding certification
  • Current OASIS certification
  • A minimum of five years as a coding, OASIS review, and quality assurance in Home Health
  • Education and training development and implementation experience
  • Process Improvement experience preferred
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the home health industry
  • Ability to work with all levels of management on all aspects of therapy operations

Location:
Pay: Starting at $85,000 Dependent on Experience
