Position Summary

We are expanding our remote workforce and looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and helping them plan memorable travel experiences to join us as Home-Based Sales Consultants. In this role, you will assist clients in developing customized vacation plans, organizing travel details, and supporting them through the full booking journey.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in building skills within the travel and customer service space. Full training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided, making this a great entry point for those new to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and expectations
• Create personalized travel recommendations including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences
• Present suitable destination options aligned with client budgets and schedules
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure reservations and manage booking confirmations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client travel plans and itinerary details
• Stay informed on travel trends, seasonal promotions, and supplier updates
• Guide clients from initial inquiry through to final trip confirmation

What We're Looking For

• Interest in travel, sales, customer support, or client-focused roles
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client interactions
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved regions
• No prior experience required full training is provided
