As the Reporting Analyst, you will be the architect of our "Single Source of Truth." You will lead the transition from legacy reporting to a high-frequency, automated analytics environment, directly supporting the CFO in driving margin expansion and operational excellence. This role is at the intersection of finance and technology, requiring a professional who can build complex data pipelines today while enabling AI-driven forecasting for tomorrow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Power BI Architecture & Data Engineering 

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of our Power BI ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite via optimized saved searches and SQL-based connectors. 

  • Build and manage automated data pipelines that consolidate information from our existing and / or new field operations platforms existing 

  • Maintain distinct dashboard "instances" (Commercial, Operational, and Financial) with tailored Row-Level Security (RLS) for various teams (executives, brand operations, sales teams, etc..) 

  • Strategic Analytics & Financial Visibility 

  • Develop weekly tracking for our branches, focusing on Revenue, Labor, Material, Overhead, and Gross Profit (GP). 

  • Create real-time visibility into A/R Aging and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by branch to accelerate the cash conversion cycle. 

  • Deploy models to provide accurate revenue and bookings forecasting against budget. 

  • AI, Automation & Process Improvement 

  • Lead the organization in identifying and deploying AI solutions and automated workflows (via API integrations or scripting) to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks. 

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, translating complex datasets into the "Story Behind the Numbers" for monthly MD&A and Board reporting. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in reporting analyst, data analyst, or any related field

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel is required. Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

    • Strong background in data modeling and an understanding of financial statements. 

    • Ability to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and executive-level business strategy.
