Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and supporting marketing operations? We’re looking for a Home-Based Marketing Admin to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support our partner’s marketing initiatives by assisting with administrative tasks, analyzing marketing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams. You will play an important role in ensuring marketing operations run smoothly while helping deliver valuable insights that support business growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist with marketing administration, reporting, and day-to-day operational support
Analyze and communicate marketing data to internal stakeholders
Prepare reports and provide insights to support marketing initiatives and business decisions
Maintain accurate marketing records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of marketing-related tasks
Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and projects
Assist with data management, tracking, and reporting activities
Support ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as assigned
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Experience with reporting and reporting analysis is a plus.
MS Office experience required.
Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 38,000

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
