Are you a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for branding, promotional products, and visual storytelling? We're looking for a Home-Based Graphic Specialist to join our DCX team. In this role, you will work closely with our partner and internal teams to create compelling visual solutions that support sales and strengthen brand identity. From producing virtual mockups and vectorizing logos to preparing client-ready artwork, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs that meet client expectations while maintaining brand consistency. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Responsible for creating virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff.

• Responsible for vectorizing logos.

• Responsible for communicating with clients about layout and design.

• Responsible for placing client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods.

• Responsible for editing and composing graphics.

• Responsible for creating multiple design solutions.

• Responsible for reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

• Ensures to coordinate with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.  

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.  

  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.  

  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.  

  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.  

  • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design field.  

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

• Industry: Promotional Products

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
