THE OPPORTUNITY

The HOA Account Servicing Specialist works under general supervision and provides support to clients regarding new accounts and general account servicing. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Play a key role in verifying Customer Information Profile (CIP) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
  • Review all documentation for accuracy and quality.
  • Open checking, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts.
  • Input new accounts into the Bank’s core system and submit complete packages for callback review.
  • Supersede signature cards and other documents.
  • Perform account closures.
  • Communicate regularly with HOA Senior Account Servicing Specialists, HOA Account Servicing Analysts, and the Team Lead to ensure consistency and quality of processes.
  • Collaborate with business partners, including Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives, regarding assigned clients when Relationship Manager intervention is required.
  • Perform various account maintenance activities including, but not limited to, change of address requests, name changes, account type changes, and other customer and account-level changes.
  • Review account servicing activities performed by others for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business guidelines and bank policies.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in HOA Account Servicing.
  • Ability to work virtually.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
