Child's Play Wonderschool is seeking a Help Desk Representative to provide support to families and assist with questions related to enrollment, registration, account access, and program information. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone, email, and online inquiries
- Assist families with enrollment and registration questions
- Provide information regarding programs, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and update records
- Troubleshoot basic account and access issues
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate team members
- Follow up on open requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of support activities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Support administrative projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, help desk, or support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
