Healthcare Recruitment Specialist (Remote – Greece)

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team and support the placement of healthcare professionals across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Source, screen and engage qualified healthcare candidates (nurses, doctors, allied health professionals)
  
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from search to placement
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in the healthcare sector
  
• Collaborate with clients and internal team to meet hiring targets
  

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals
  
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Based in Greece, available to work remotely
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven
