Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting within the Home Health Care, Senior Care, Healthcare Staffing, or Related Healthcare Services industries.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare hiring practices, credential verification, compliance requirements, and healthcare workforce regulations.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting caregivers, CNAs, home health aides, nurses, and other direct care professionals.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and recruitment reporting tools.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for organizations serving older adults, seniors, or individuals managing chronic illnesses and long-term health conditions.
- Familiarity with workforce challenges and staffing strategies within home health care and community-based healthcare services.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple open positions simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified home health care professionals, including caregivers, home health aides, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), nurses, and other healthcare support staff.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, community partnerships, and healthcare industry resources.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate clinical experience, certifications, communication skills, compassion, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate hiring activities with leadership and care management teams to ensure staffing levels meet client care needs and business objectives.
- Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, background checks, and compliance documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate applicant records, and provide regular hiring updates and workforce planning recommendations.
- Promote the organization's mission, values, and holistic approach to supporting older adults with chronic illnesses, helping attract candidates committed to exceptional patient care.
