- Track security status and identify delays that may impact start dates.
- Ensure sensitive documents and PII are handled securely and professionally.
Recruitment Operations Support
- Partner with recruiters after candidate selection to support final closing and transition to onboarding.
- Conduct final pre-employment calls to confirm candidate interest, compensation, availability, start date, and expectations.
- Help reduce candidate fall-off between offer acceptance and first day of work.
- Coordinate handoff from recruitment to onboarding and operations.
- Track candidate readiness through first day confirmation.
Employee Relations & Retention
- Serve as a trusted operational contact for employees.
- Conduct welcome calls, check-ins, and follow-ups with contract employees.

- Help develop SOPs, checklists, workflows, and scalable systems.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with offshore administrative support teams for non-sensitive tasks.
- Provide quality control and oversight for assigned operational workflows.
- Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and operational planning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, staffing operations, HR operations, compliance, government contracting, or project coordination.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Takes ownership without needing constant supervision.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Can manage multiple moving pieces at once.
- Is comfortable with both employees and government customers.
- Can handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Understands the importance of documentation, compliance, and follow-up.
- Wants to grow with a fast-growing healthcare government contracting company.
Why This Role Matters
