The specialist will independently manage provider credentialing, privileging support, and personnel security documentation for Department of Defense healthcare contracts. They are responsible for ensuring all security packages and credentialing files meet government standards through rigorous quality control and consistent follow-up.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and credentialing for healthcare staffing contracts. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows while maintaining accurate compliance records and audit-ready documentation.
