The Growth & Operations Coordinator will support business development outreach, candidate follow-up, scheduling, and day-to-day operational coordination. This includes conducting outbound calls, maintaining organized trackers, and assisting with onboarding and recruiting support.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and credentialing for healthcare staffing contracts. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows while maintaining accurate compliance records and audit-ready documentation.
