Build and lead the Product Marketing function from the ground up, focusing on strategic narratives, pricing, and tier-1 product launches. The role involves implementing an AI-native operating model to scale output and driving NRR through effective positioning and sales enablement.
Join us!
We’re hiring a Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) to build and lead the function from the ground up. In this role, you will shape how the market understands our value, define how we package and price our offerings, and lead tier-1 launches across our platform as well as key strategic and emerging product areas.
This is a founding leadership role with a strong hands-on component. You will design the function, set up the systems, and drive the work yourself. Rather than scaling through headcount first, you will take an agent-led approach to execution.
The role is designed as a true player-coach position, not a purely managerial one.
You will report directly to the CPO and work closely with leaders across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sustainability.
What can you expect?
Strategic Narrative & Positioning- Own and drive the strategic product narrative and capability positioning across platform and solution pillars
- Ensure clear, differentiated positioning aligned with product strategy, market dynamics, and growth goals
- Translate complex capabilities into compelling, customer-relevant value narratives
AI-Native PMM & Operating Model- Operate and extend a shared AI-native context layer (agents, sources of truth, templates, workflows)
- Leverage AI to scale PMM output, consistency, and speed across all activities
- Apply AI-first workflows (AI drafts, human refines) and automate recurring work
- Ensure a single source of truth for positioning, messaging, and content
- Drive a lean, high-leverage operating model (impact over headcount)
Launch Strategy & Execution- Own the end-to-end launch operating system for tier-1 and tier-2 initiatives
- Define and execute structured launch approaches across product, marketing, and sales
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all go-to-market touchpoints
Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Narrative- Define and evolve the pricing and packaging narrative as a key commercial lever
- Build clear value articulation supporting expansion, upsell, and revenue growth
Sales Enablement & Market Impact- Develop high-impact sales enablement assets (battlecards, persona narratives, value messaging)
- Enable sales teams with clear positioning, competitive context, and conversion-ready messaging
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insight- Build and own a systematic, AI-leveraged competitive intelligence function
- Deliver regular, synthesized market insights to inform strategy and positioning
Analyst Relations & External Positioning- Own analyst engagement and narrative shaping
- Represent IntegrityNext’s positioning into and from the analyst ecosystem
Business Impact & Outcomes- Drive NRR contribution as the primary success metric
- Ensure all PMM activities directly support retention, expansion, and revenue growth
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (PMM), including prior leadership of a PMM function
- Proven track record in positioning and/or packaging that measurably improved retention or expansion (NRR impact)
- Bonus: experience in compliance, risk, supply chain, ESG, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments, ideally in European enterprise contexts
Technical / Methodological Skills- Hands-on experience with modern LLM and agent tooling (e.g. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, MCP, or similar stacks)
- Proven AI-native practice, including building agents, custom GPTs, automations, or context layers
- Strong capability in messaging, positioning, and narrative development, with a preference for owning and drafting core materials yourself
Ways of Working & Mindset- Strong ownership and execution mindset — you ship without waiting for permission
- Hands-on operator who combines strategy with direct execution
- High level of agency, speed, and accountability
- Strong pattern recognition and ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
Communication & Collaboration- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complexity into compelling narratives and direction
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-impact, fast-moving environment
