Requirements : 10+ years of Product Marketing experience and 5+ years in a senior Product Marketing leadership role
We are recruiting on behalf of an international company in the online entertainment sector.
This is a senior, fully remote role for an experienced Product Marketing leader who can own positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across a complex digital product portfolio.
The company is based in Bulgaria, but the role can be performed remotely from selected European countries.

Selection Criteria
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following criteria.
Mandatory
- 10+ years of Product Marketing experience
- 5+ years in a senior Product Marketing leadership role
- Previous title such as Head of Product Marketing, Director of Product Marketing, VP Product Marketing or equivalent
- Strong experience in online entertainment, digital entertainment platforms, interactive digital products, or closely related industries
- Proven ownership of international go-to-market strategy
- Experience launching products across multiple countries or markets
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging and commercial growth
- Experience working closely with Product, Commercial, Brand and Operations teams
- Experience leading or mentoring a Product Marketing team
- Fluent English, C1 minimum
- Based in one of the eligible countries listed above
Strong Advantage
- Experience in highly competitive digital product environments
- Experience with acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization strategies
- Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business or Product Management
Role Mission
Your mission will be to define and lead global Product Marketing strategy across a broad digital entertainment product portfolio.
You will be responsible for making products clearly positioned, commercially relevant, differentiated in the market and successfully launched across international regions.
This is a strategic leadership role, not a general marketing, communications or content role.
Main Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging
- Define product positioning across the full portfolio
- Create clear messaging frameworks for different markets and audiences
- Translate complex product capabilities into commercially relevant narratives
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new launches and major product updates
- Build structured launch frameworks across markets and product lines
- Align Product, Commercial, Brand and Operations teams around clear launch priorities
Market & Product Insight
- Use customer insight, product analytics and market data to guide strategy
- Monitor competitor positioning and market trends
- Provide recommendations that support roadmap, packaging and commercial decisions
Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a Product Marketing team
- Create scalable processes and communication standards
- Influence senior stakeholders across international teams
Growth Impact
- Support acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization objectives
- Identify product marketing opportunities that improve commercial performance
- Measure impact and continuously refine Product Marketing strategy
