About Our Client and the Role

Our client is a fast-growing international e-commerce business that has experienced significant founder-led growth and is now entering an exciting new phase of operational maturity.

As the business continues to scale across multiple consumer brands and global marketplaces, it is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the organisation.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations who can bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to a fast-moving business.

You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into action, coordinate multiple teams, remove operational bottlenecks, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

Success in this role requires someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on, balancing long-term operational improvements with day-to-day execution.
