The Head of Mental Health Services & Registered Manager provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership while acting as the CQC Registered Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving service excellence, and managing multidisciplinary teams across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Pay Range
£42,000 - £60,000 (Greater London)
£40,000 - £58,000 (London Region)
£38,000 - £55,000 (Outside London)
Job Description
Formed in 2015, Reed Wellbeing has expanded rapidly, developing and delivering evidence-based health and wellbeing services that improve outcomes for individuals and communities. The Head of Mental Health Services & Registered Manager provides strategic, operational and clinical leadership across Reed Wellbeing's mental health services portfolio. Acting as the CQC Registered Manager, you will be accountable for service quality, regulatory compliance, clinical governance, safeguarding, operational performance and commissioner satisfaction.
This is a highly influential role where you will shape service delivery, embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and ensure participants receive safe, effective and evidence-based care. You will work closely with senior leaders, commissioners and regulatory bodies while leading multidisciplinary teams across a geographically dispersed service.
