Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded in July 2021, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

About Autheo

With nearly 100 equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026. Staking and transaction fees are operating on-chain. DevHub is available to builders. Sovereign identity (TheoID), decentralized compute and persistent storage through the Autheo Marketplace, AI inference (THEO AI), and post-quantum cryptography are rolling out on Mainnet.

THEO is live. The book you will quote does not exist yet.

As of October 2, 2026, THEO trades on four Autheo-verified markets across two chains and one centralized exchange, with Enflux supporting liquidity across the venues:

  • THEO/USDT on MEXC — first centralized order book, opened October 1, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. MEXC serves more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions. Deposits are accepted on Autheo Mainnet (native THEO). Withdrawals opened October 2, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.

  • THEO/USDC on Hydrex (Base) — live since August 20, 2026. Official Base contract: 0xebE516a20238F79dc20b07eaD6768e08891Ed309

  • THEO/USDG on Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 10, 2026

  • THEO/NVDA on Uniswap (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 24, 2026, pairing THEO with a Robinhood Stock Token. Official Robinhood Chain contract: 0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48

Verified trading links, contract addresses, and network information: https://www.autheo.com/token-launch

Enflux’s mandate on those four venues stays with VP of Exchanges. This seat does not take it over.

Key Features

  • Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 — Sovereign Cosmos-based coordination layer with an EVM-compatible execution environment, IBC interoperability, and Proof of Autheo consensus.

  • DevHub & full-stack SDKs — One workspace for frontend, backend, smart contracts, and orchestration.

  • TheoID — Sovereign identity for people, services, and AI agents, with a post-quantum roadmap (Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon / NIST ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA).

  • Autheo Marketplace — Decentralized compute, storage, and service markets rolling out on Mainnet.

  • THEO AI — Inference and agent orchestration as a native primitive, not a third-party bolt-on.

  • DePIN infrastructure — On-chain networks for real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing.

Traction

  • Mainnet: Live since May 14, 2026. Staking and fees on-chain. Secured by the live validator set (149 active of 156 total as of September 23, 2026).

  • Public testnet history: 2 million+ wallets, 10 million+ transactions, 1.1 million+ smart contracts.

  • Audits: Halborn (testnet and validator node platform), CertiK (Mainnet and smart contracts), Adevar Labs (Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge).

  • THEO markets: Four verified venues — MEXC, Hydrex on Base, and two Uniswap pools on Robinhood Chain — with Enflux as liquidity partner across DEX and CEX.

  • Token: THEO, native utility coin. Maximum supply 7.0 billion. Approximately 5.33% designated as initial circulating supply at the August 20, 2026 TGE ($0.05 reference price on Hydrex).

  • Organization: Launch Legends Inc., a Wyoming corporation, parent of Autheo LLC. Stewarded in part by the Autheo Foundation. 100+ equity cofounders across 25+ countries.

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding.

ROLE: Head of Liquidity & Market Structure — Autheo Spot & Perpetual Venue | Maker Program, Inventory & Listing Rules

About the Role

Autheo is recruiting the person who gets a two-sided book on a venue that does not exist yet.

THEO already trades. VP of Exchanges & Token Markets owns MEXC, Hydrex, Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, Enflux’s coverage of those venues, and the next external listing. Head of Markets / DEX GM owns the Autheo venue as a product and a P&L. Head of Trading Systems builds the matcher. Head of Risk, Clearing & Oracles writes margin, liquidation, the insurance fund, and the oracle. You report to the GM. You do not replace any of them.

You own the maker program for Autheo’s own spot and perpetual book: who quotes, on what obligation, at what rebate, with what inventory, and what happens when they pull. V1 is THEO spot, two to three crypto perps, one infrastructure future, one RWA, and one agent-credit or agent-SLA market. A desk that will quote BTC will not automatically quote a compute-unit future. That conversation is the job.

You also own listing rules on this book. Not the exchange-relations pipeline. The standard a market has to meet before it is allowed to open here: depth commitment, oracle signed by Risk, tick size, lot size, and a maker ready to rest size on day one. A market with no maker does not list.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the v1 maker program: obligations, rebates, uptime, pull rules, and how a desk is removed

  • Recruit the first quoting desks for the Autheo book. Enflux is the liquidity partner on the external THEO venues. They may quote here. They are not assumed to

  • Write the inventory and rebate model so a maker can hold THEO spot and a perp without the venue paying them to warehouse risk the insurance fund should not own

  • Set tick size, lot size, and minimum resting size with Trading Systems, per market. A compute future does not inherit BTC’s tick

  • Own the listing gate for this book, with the GM and Risk: no market opens without an oracle signed by Risk and a named maker with a day-one obligation

  • Run listing auctions or a designated-maker process for new markets, once the GM allows permissionless or builder-deployed listings. Not before

  • Publish a daily liquidity report once the testnet book is up: spread, depth at two levels, pull events, and which market has no two-sided quote

  • Coordinate with VP of Exchanges so Autheo-book makers and external-venue makers are not double-promised the same inventory

  • Brief Marketing only after a market has a maker. No announcement ahead of a quote

  • Tell the GM when a market should not open. Thin by design is a decision. Thin by neglect is a miss

Requirements — Must Have

  • Has run a maker program, a designated-market-maker mandate, or a quoting desk on a live book. A liquidity-mining campaign is not a maker program

  • Can write an obligation a desk will sign: spread, size, uptime, and the penalty for pulling

  • Has negotiated with a market maker. Enflux, Wintermute, GSR, Amber, Jump, or a desk of that kind. Coverage, not a logo slide

  • Understands inventory. A rebate that forces a maker to warehouse unhedgeable risk will not be quoted

  • Can hold a listing. No oracle from Risk, no maker from this seat, no open

  • Will work under the GM, next to Trading Systems and Risk, and will leave MEXC and Hydrex with VP of Exchanges

Nice to Have

  • Quoted or covered perps on Hyperliquid, Lighter, dYdX, Injective, or a CEX derivatives book

  • Structured a maker program for a non-crypto underlying: equity index, commodity, RWA, or pre-IPO

  • Built a rebate and fee schedule that did not invert once volume arrived

  • Familiarity with Autheo’s external setup: Enflux across MEXC, Base, and Robinhood Chain, and the THEO/NVDA pool

  • Judgment on agent flow. An agent hitting the book is flow. It is not a maker unless it rests size

First 90-Day Deliverables

  • Maker-program term sheet: obligations, rebates, uptime, pull rules, removal

  • Named desks approached for the v1 set, with a yes, a no, or a condition, for THEO spot and at least one perp

  • A written answer on who quotes the infra future, the RWA, and the agent market. “Same desks as BTC” is not an answer

  • Tick, lot, and minimum-size table, agreed with Trading Systems

  • Listing gate, agreed with the GM and Risk: oracle, maker, day-one obligation

  • Liquidity report format, ready before the testnet book takes outside flow

About Our Organization

Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. Operating alongside a sovereign Cosmos-based Layer-0 and an EVM-compatible Layer-1, Autheo is designed so applications, infrastructure, and agents settle in one system rather than five vendor stacks.

The economic layer is already open. THEO trades on MEXC, on Hydrex on Base, and on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. The next market is the one Autheo has to get quoted itself.

WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?

  • External liquidity already has an owner. Enflux supports THEO on MEXC, Hydrex, and Robinhood Chain. VP of Exchanges holds that. You are not inheriting a broken listing.

  • The Autheo book has no quotes yet. Infra, RWA, and agent markets will not get two-sided by accident. That is the seat.

  • A GM above you, Risk and Trading Systems beside you. You do not set margin, and you do not write the matcher. You bring the desk that will rest size on what they ship.

  • Equity cofounder, not a contractor seat. You join the same model as the rest of the collective: equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus THEO allocation, with salary expected to follow node, token, or funding milestones.

If you have put a desk on a book, can say what they owe when they pull, and will not open a market that nobody is quoting, we invite you to take the next step.

Let’s get the market quoted—on the network that is already live.
