\nManage the Legal Team: Supervise, mentor, and develop the skills team members, ensuring their professional growth and capacity to handle complex legal matters
Work with the executive team to drive our legal business model set-up in markets we want to operate in
Stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations
Manage the organization's contracts, intellectual property, and litigation matters
Provide legal guidance to the executive team and other employees as needed
Legal Risk mitigation on daily basis
Strategic Legal Risk Mitigation & Planning: Develop and implement long-term legal strategies for compliance and legal operations aligned with the company’s goals for expansion
