You will build and own the go-to-market strategy for Latin America while managing brand relationships and scaling creator programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a regional team as the business expands.
About the Role We’re looking for a Head of LATAM to launch and lead Trybe’s business across Latin America. This is a true leadership role. You’ll shape our strategy for the region and, to start, do it all yourself: bringing on new brands, growing them, and managing their relationships. As the region grows, it’s on you to build a full team and division. We’re looking for someone extremely charismatic, entrepreneurial, and a natural leader who wants to build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Build and own Trybe’s go-to-market strategy for Latin America.
Bring on new consumer brands through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Get brands live and help them scale their creator programs and paid media performance.
Manage and grow brand relationships across the region.
Represent Trybe in the local market with brands, agencies, and partners.
Hire and build a regional team as the business grows.
Work closely with leadership to share market insights and shape Trybe’s international expansion.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of building or growing a business.
Strong network across consumer brands, e-commerce, or agencies in Latin America.
Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts.
Exceptional communication skills and strong presence with founders and senior marketing leaders.
Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a strong plus.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building from scratch.
Leadership experience or a clear ambition to build and lead a team.
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
Must be based in Latin America with the right to work locally.
Why Trybe
High-growth environment: Join a rapidly scaling technology company expanding internationally.
Real ownership: Lead Trybe’s business in Latin America and shape its strategy.
Career growth: Build and lead your own regional team.
Competitive compensation: Highly competitive base salary with significant performance-based earning potential.
Remote flexibility: Work remotely from the region as part of an ambitious, international team.
This follows the same template as the other International Head JDs. Jeremy’s only instruction was “let’s add a head of LATAM role,” so check two things with him before you post:
Location: Is it open across Latin America, or should a city be preferred (e.g. Mexico City or São Paulo)?
Languages: I listed Portuguese as a plus because of Brazil. Make it required if Brazil is a focus market.
“I was the first applicant for a remote marketing position that got listed on the company website the same day I applied. Had an interview within 48 hours!”
