The Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth to build the strategies and processes that grow Lattica into an undeniably dominant force, working directly with the founders and owning how Lattica finds, attracts, activates, and retains its earliest users.

What You’ll Do
Help develop and execute Lattica’s initial go-to-market strategy
Build relationships with prediction-market traders, market makers, funds, creators, and ecosystem partners
Identify and recruit our highest-value early users
Design and run rapid growth experiments
Define the metrics and systems we use to understand growth
Who You Are
Lattica’s culture is one of moving fast, taking risks, and thinking outside the box. As such, you would be a good fit for this role if:
You live on X, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
Talking to users and potential users fills you with joy.
You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a meaningful plus.
Major plus if you live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).
