Lead the end-to-end customer acquisition and conversion funnel across six international markets. Personally execute and scale growth initiatives through data-driven experimentation, paid media management, and creative analytics.
This role is a hands-on growth leadership position with full ownership of the entire customer acquisition and conversion funnel across six markets. The person is responsible for designing and optimizing every stage of the customer journey—from awareness and trust-building to conversion and retention—while driving performance through data-driven experimentation, conversion rate optimization, paid media management, growth modeling, creative analytics, and UGC strategies. Success requires deep expertise in Meta advertising, forecasting CAC and LTV, scaling winning creatives, and adapting growth tactics to different markets and maturity stages. Rather than managing agencies, the role focuses on personally executing and scaling growth initiatives, with direct accountability for business results and revenue growth
Location: LATAM 100% Remote. Working hours are based on the US Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience owning growth targets in a B2C subscription, membership, or recurring-revenue business, ideally in health, wellness, fitness, or another trust-based category.
- Experience scaling acquisition and revenue growth across multiple international markets, including localization, currency, and privacy/compliance considerations.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, bidding, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, coding, marketing automation, and building AI agents or workflow automations.
- Experience building growth models and forecasts, including CAC, LTV, payback periods, channel mix, and revenue scenarios.
- Experience running creator, influencer, or UGC programs that generated high-performing paid media creative.
- Strong understanding of creative analytics, including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Experience working in Seed or Series A startup environments with lean teams and budgets.
- Experience implementing GDPR-compliant acquisition strategies, including consent-first funnels, first-party data, and server-side tracking.
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Understanding of European market dynamics, including payment preferences, privacy expectations, platform behavior, and localized messaging.
