Head of Design

NeoWork is an AI-first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. We build embedded teams for fast-growing companies in tech, healthcare, gaming, and ecommerce.

We are hiring a Head of Design to own the visual identity of NeoWork across every channel. You will lead design for landing pages, sales and marketing materials, and social media, shaping how the brand shows up to prospects, clients, and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain landing pages that convert, working closely with growth and marketing
• Create sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates
• Own social media visual content across LinkedIn and other channels
• Build and maintain a consistent visual system across all brand touchpoints
• Translate brand guidelines (navy, mint, Mont/Montserrat/Poppins) into consistent, high-quality output
• Partner with founder and leadership on positioning and visual storytelling
• Manage design requests and prioritize across competing deadlines
• Bring fresh creative direction as NeoWork's brand and content needs grow

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio spanning web, marketing collateral, and social content
• Strong command of Figma and modern design tools
• Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects without heavy oversight
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting work to leadership
• An eye for brand consistency across formats and channels

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Webflow or other no code web builders
• Basic motion design or video editing skills for social content.
• Experience in a startup or agency environment with fast turnaround needs

Salary: Up to $3,000 USD per month depending on skills and experience
